I don't know what the technical term is for this litho print. The cat and dogs are raised, like a 3 D effect. The background and botom of pictures are flat. It is quite heavy. There are a few nips in the print.
I bought this at a yard sale a few week ago. The owner had no history on the piece. I just learned it is called Coca-Cola "Drink Coca-Cola 5 cent ad for the1890's. This print will need to be restored but before I have the work done I would like to have it appraised.
barrel is 15" round on top, stands 19" tall, & about 56" wide, has 4 metal plats going around the barrel, & has yhe name Wursbucger & on the bottom reads Imported beer.
This was found in my mother's things after she passed away. It appears to be in excellent condition, just needs cleaning. I didn't want to attempt to clean as I may scratch it or ruin it.
It appears to be in the orgininal box, and wrappings. Duty free slip is in excellent condition and very readable.
Would like to know if anyone could give me an estimate on value?
