Middle Eastern or African Copper Cooking (?) Vessel

Category
Metalware
Condition
Good
Description

I believe it is some sort of cooking vessel, probably for some ethnic dish I know nothing about. I don't understand why the strings were put on there, it does have brass hook for handing. there are 2 figures etched on back, which appear to me are some sort of animals. There is also a phrase (artists name?) etched on inside of vessel, which I tried to have translated by a gentleman who reads Hebrew. He said it made no sense to him. I am desperately trying to find any and all information on this piece. All will be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Herman miller Eames shell rocker

Category
Furniture
Condition
Fair
Description

My grandparents bought this and gave it to me when I went to college. I clearly didn't know I had a valuable item at the time, so it got abused a bit. Everything except the wooden rockers is original. Other than the binding separating in one place and the few scratches and scuffs on the leather, it is in fair to good condition.

Edwin M. Knowles china

Category
China
Condition
Good
Description

These dishes are very delicate looking, fragile and thin. The pattern looks like a rectangle with the ends concaved. The pattern is about 2 inches by three-eights.It is outlined with olive green and has a creamy yellow center with pink and blue flowers and green leaves. The hand written letter on the bottom of the creamer is difficult to discern...it looks almost like an S or K, but is kinda "fancy" and is followed by the numbers-0107. I cannot find anything about these dishes and would appreciate any help that you could give me. Sorry I do not have a photo....will try to see if my daughter could possibly do that for me. Thank you, Janie Futrell
