A silver tray, stamped EGW&S International Silver Co., dating back to the early to mid 1900's, weighing 9.5#, ornately decorated face, trim and handles. It was given to me by my parents, who received it from my father's aunt, Viola Woodside.
Wood appears to be medium color--maybe walnut? Carvings are amazvingly intricate, but all very straight lines. Each of the front corners and back corners is accented with plumed posts, and the top of the chair features a knob-like cap on a detailed cube.
All with original plastic knobs, faux tiger grain and patterning detail on all pieces. Appears to be hand carved dovetail joints on drawers. Mirror for vanity (not pictured) is round.
