the plate has the original courthouse in the center,dated 1894-1917

I found this ticket inside an old upright piano manufactured in the late 1800's. Ball of the Jolly Tinkers was held in Kessler's Assembly Rooms, 458 Ninth Ave. I'm assuming that is in New York but I am not positive. Music by Prof. George Morrissey. The only information is on the ticket itself and I have had no luck with online searches. The cool part are the initials on the back of the ticket and the fact that the user had the ticket punched. There is some discoloration due to being inside a piano for 108 years. It may be slight water damage.

This tea set has two marks on the bottom. One is a circle in gold that says Lomoges France with A. Lanternier in the center. Then there is a green mark also on each bottom that has Lomoges France and what looks like an anchor with A on one side and L on the other. The set is white with gold trim and little flowers on the sides and lids.

These are Davis Cabinet Company Pieces handmade of solid walnut. The markings on the pieces say cira 1953. The fullsize bed has origional box spring, foot board, and head board with built-in drawers. The dresser is full size with 7 drawers and mirror. Both are in Excellent condition.

My parents purchased this piece in 1984. On the back it has a "Certificate of Registration" from Collector's Corner, Inc. It is framed and was purchased as such. There is no indication of what edition it is or what the title is. We've seen other covered bridge paintings but can't seem to find this particular scene online anywhere. We've searched both hargrovepaintings.com and hhargrove.com to try to find out its title and some sort of estimation of value. Are there any appraisers in the Northeast or California that specialize in H. Hargrove?? Many thanks in advance for any information you can provide!
