There a pair of these ceramic creatures I inherited from my Grandmother's estate. They stand 7 inches tall. The estate handlers labled them Kuang Tung Stoneware.
Chalkware wall plaque depicting a cowgirl wearing a sombrero-style hat and red kerchief.
The back of the plaque has the red Magri sticker, as well as "Made in Italy" stamped in english. Also a couple other stickers which appear to be very old. Copyright is stamped in Italian "Riproduzione Vietata".
Has a small chip on cheek and a couple chips underneath which are not seen when hanging. Otherwise unflawed.
a silver snuff box or vinaigrette with scroll design. it has, imprinted inside the figure of a lion,an anchor, and a female head silohette . It has the initials ES between the lion and face, and has the initials E S and B. and the inside of the other lid. It is approximately 2 by 1 inches. On the top there are 2 initials ,I guess of the person it belonged to, that are the letters JW. All I could find out is that the makers mark belongs to Edward Smith from Birmingham, England.
