50th Anniversary Fanstasia Master Proof Set Vol 2

Was given to me by my grandfather in 2000. Has been boxed up for years I would like to know round about it's worth. Outside Booking is in perfect condition. Inside every page is perfect no bent pages or tears. Authenticity page is still in tact and inside book. All 7 coins are in their in casings and in book as well. Two of the coins had been exposed to air when I moved the book a long time ago. Now they look to have a small amount of tarnish around the rim of the coin. Nothing too major. I have not taken them out to see about fixing it.
