It appears to be a athletic medal of sorts, can't find any info on google. On the reverse it's ingraved "1912" "1 Mile run", also 3 square boxes containing the initials G.F.H, on the opposite side of the medal stamped 10k with a oval shape beside it containing 2 initials, to small to make out. Any info on this item would be helpful.
