Some things require a physical appraisal by a specialist to determine authenticy and value, this piece is one of them and as such is not a suitible candidate for any sort of online evaluation.
I'd be very leary of any report like that that gave a precise date. C14 is not that precise, generally when it's used a date range is given. In any event, this item still requires a Specialist to identify it and determine a value.

It is C14 tested in a university archeological lab
It showed age of 2474 years
