Antique Couch - No Labels or Tags Identifying Maker, Location, or Other Info

I know very little about this couch.  I am hoping that one of the appraisors on this site can provide me with information about the couch as well as an appraisal if possible.  I appreciate your time and effort in assisting me with this.
