Description
This is an inherited piece of furniture that has been in our family for the last 70 years. However, it was a used piece when our family took ownership.
I have recently had the piece restored ,and I am curious as to the proper value I should place on it for insurance purposes. We also have guessed at a 1870-1880 date stamp due to the decorative scroll work and bed construction, but that too is uncertain.
I would appreciate any insights anyone had to offer.
