Antique Shaving kit

By Opu, 8 March, 2022
Description

I have a heritage box, which looks like a wooden book, that slides open, and has two hidden boxes inside, which, in turn slides open like two tiny coffins. One of the boxes has a hidden tiny switch knife. It belonged to my great-grandfather, who was in India. I am guessing this is a hand-made 18th century shaving kit. Can you let me know what is it, and what is its value? I am attaching pictures of it.
