Big Falkenstein Lamp

Hello!

I found this lamp at a thrifstore, and I was wondering if anyone had more information on it. It didn't come with a lampshade. It's super heavy. It's a brass color with dark green flowers and round, dark green stained-glass circles. It's about 32 inches tall. There is an engraving that says Falkenstein 6046-5. It has four settings: 

1) Off

2)Regular lightbulb on and base off

3)Base on and regular bulb off. (The base has four candelabra type things that are inside the hollowed-out center of the lamp, in a circle.) This emits a really nice light green glow. 

4) Regular bulb and base on. 

Does anyone have a time period for this lamp? It's so amazing. I want to know more about it!
