Bronze Horseman Garrard & Co?

Description

Bronze Sculpture. Man on horseback on plinth. Dimensions: Height:38cm Width: 26 cm Depth:12 cm Weight: 4.3 kg. Appears to have Garrard & co, Albemarle St London with a crown atop this. There are also hallmarks on the side which appear to match hallmarks for Garrard & Co and the number 58 maybe. The flag he is carrying appears not be original. Please see photos attached

Distinguishing marks
Garrard & Co, Ablemarle St London with a crown. 3 hallmarks , one of a lion and another of what looks like an m, cannot make the middle one out. Also appears to be the number 58 in front of the hallmarks.
