Found a 18 inch tall brass or bronze statue that is a depiction of Napoleon on a column, with a black stone base. The stone base has four holes in it which leads me to believe that there was in fact something else attached to this at one time. It is heavy as all get out, and beautifully made. The only thing that I can find that is anything close to it is something called a 19th Century Grand Tour Place Vendome Column, and it looks like it is either that, or a really nice reproduction. I dont know who to ask, and I dont know where to bring it, so I figured that I would ask on this forum, and maybe get some good answers that will allow me to make the right decision about this peice.
