These 3 inch figures are Chinese and I think ivory, they both came from Thailand from 2006, they are part of a large ivory boat collection in a shopping mall display in Thailand, I was able to buy these two figures without buying the whole large expensive display set. There is a signature on the bottom of both figures...not sure what it says because it's in Chinese
