Chinese vase

Description

 The vase is a gift made ​​by the Prime Minister of China to the grandparents of myhusband on a business - diplomatic trip. They are from Argentina. According to the grandmother was given as valuable. The trip was in the early 60's. we don´t know the value, history or even the meaning of what is written in the vase.
