Age is hard to determine with only one photo. Would need photos of the drawer construction, close up of the wood and leather, any labels or marks, etc. Based on condition (missing hardware), your Duncan Phyfe style drop leaf desk may bring $75-$100 at auction. Not a lot I know, but it's a classic design and a functional piece of furniture so I'd hang on to it if you can. These styles just aren't hot right now. A shame in my opinion. Fashions come and go, and soon enough it will be valuable again.

These examples with leather insets tend to date from the 1940's through mid 50's. These were used more a sofa or hall tables rather than desks, and still are easier to sell than larger furniture of this style and period. we' d retail one for about $275.00.
