Description

We have no idea what this is. Made in Germany. Has a large number at top that reads 610143. has a yellow sticker with the following: Type A72 70002, underneath that number is NR 610 A45 and at the top of the sticker is the number 3421. It has a heavy ceramic base. Has a spring at top that is a half circle.
