globe paperweight

I'm trying to find out how old this globe paperweight is. It was my grandmother's. It is a man on a horse in a desert sand storm. The bottom says made in the U.S.A. U.S Patent. A 4 digit number 5282 and a capital "S" a capital "B" and a lower case "c" in the bottom of the "S" and a lower case "o" in the bottom of the "B". Any information is appreciated. Thank you.
