Description
I have a Gold Painted Decanter with 2 glasses. The ornamental flowers are raised and almost feel like Paint but is raised off the glass. The petals of the flowers are definately porcelain or something like it.
This was a gift from my Uncle who dealt in fine china as well as anytthing from Italy. I am thinking this is Italian but am not sure.
