Roll tops were a very hot item in the 1980's to mid 90's, since then their value has declined a great deal, along with a lot of turn of the 19th Century furniture in the current market . Gunn made a lot of institutional office furniture, including the ever popular stacking book cases, roll tops like this one tend to date 1900-18 or so and currently sell at auction for under $350.00 in good shape. If you had verification/ documentation to the movie it's value would be a great deal more to Film memorabilia collectors.
