My father in law's mother passed away years ago. While cleaning out her basement we found a box of elephant figurines. We had no idea where, when, or how she obtained these... Both wooden elephant's feel hand sculpted. The larger of the two is noticeably heavier than the smaller one. The smaller one is lighter in color and is light. The group of four brass (we think they are brass) elephants have markings and designs on them. The elephants that are not brass or wood, we have no idea of their material, origin, etc.. My father in law thought one set might be made of Onyx.
