Help Identify Signed/numbered Porcelain Figurine

Description

5.5" H Porcelian or China figurine, blueish green in color with VERY distinctive gold eyes.  Signature on back it looks like a Capital T then a capital Y and the rest looks like an "annham"  It's numbered 245 of 1000 on the bottom and the number 245 is next to the signature as well
