The Holy Bible

Here I have The Holy Bible, A hardback leather cover with gold leaf or guilt pages. This bible has a blue velour feel protective case with a zip, and inside a hand made book mark which is made out of silk and tapestry that reads, "The Lord Is Thy Keeper". Inside the bible reads... The Holy Bible containing the old and new testaments: Translated out of the original tongues; and with the former translations diligently compared and revised, By His Majestys Special Command. London: Printed by George E. Eyre and William Spottiswoode, printers to the queens most excellent majesty, for the british and foreign bible society, instituted in London in the year 1804; and sold to subscribers at their depository, Earl Street, Blackfriars, London. This bible is in good condition to say its over 200 years old and on the 2nd page somebody has written in the book, " Charles Anne Leather Book Oct 12 1868" On the outside of the closed bible, there is some slight damage to the casing to the top which isn't really too bad considering the age of this book.
