Inscribed Our Profession and Other Poems 1895 Jared Barhite

Our Profession and Other Poems by Jared Barhite Copyright 1895

Inscription reads "To William H. Hayes, with compliments of Jared Barhite".  Did some research and don't know who William H. Hayes is.

To my eyes it looks in decent condition, there are some spots on the tissue paper between the authors image and title page.  There doesn't seem to be much spotting on the rest of the pages.

The corners of the cover are a little damaged and not sharp.

The edges on the pages are mostly straight, with a few exceptions.  The pages are yellowed a bit.

I am interested in value or rarity of the book and inscription.  Any comments or insight is helpful.
