J Burnett "Unknown"

Here is quite a large oil painting which I found that is signed by the artist J Burnett. Other than the artist's name on the painting I have little information about the painting itself or even about the artist in general. Any information that could help with the value, name, and the artist who painted this piece would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance for any responses.
