James Dixon & Sons Sheffield Was founded in 1806, and diminshed and bought out 1984. I'm not sure how to date the item. It was quite hard to take pictures because of light reflecting off the bowl. It is about 7in tall, 12in wide, 18in long, with a varying in the depth of the bowl. I'd say close to 7lbs in weight. It has the insignia of the company along with 2 other markings. "1436+" & "X7X64" Some dents where the handle lies on the ends and a very slight squeak when moving the handle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
