Description
had acquired a cameo brooch about 20 years ago from a relative, but never thought much of it. Is it true that left facing lady cameos are not as common as right facing ones? I cannot identify what the cameo is made of it is white off white in color. It is set in a goldlike or maybe brass setting. There is also green velvet or suede surrounding the cameo as well as seed pearls(which I am not sure if they are real or not.
I have looked on many websites ans pictures trying to find anything that resembles my cameo in any way.
