Large, Copper Aebleskeiver Pan - 22" diameter

Beautiful, and well used. I know nothing of its history; it is an estate item. I can't find anything similar online.

Hello!

 

I have never seen such a large pan before, so I assume it could have been used by a restaurant/cafe/baker... Someone who made a LOT of Æbleskiver. Perhaps a Danish community center if you are in the US?

Æbleskiver, or Munker as we call them in Norway, are a scandinavian snack/dessert. Unsure if they are popular elsewhere in the World. I think what you have is some form of "industrial" pan, used to make large quantaties of Æbleskiver. (Some of these pans come with an identical lid, so when one side is done, you just turn the entire thing on the plate and cook the other side)
