Le Perel on bottom of China cup - who made this?

By Greatsocalgal, 12 March, 2022
Description

I acquired some time ago, two China tea cups (only 2.5” in diameter) and saucers that have on the bottom, “Le Perel” and “hand painted.” I’ve checked eBay, Etsy and google lens without finding anything. Th design has pink roses on it, green leaves and gold accents on a white background. I’d like to know more about these, and yes, if there is any value. Thank you.
