Louis C Tiffany Desk Box

The box is in good to fair condition as the hinge on the left hand side of the lid needs to be repaired. It is a footed box and has solid bands going down what looks like a sponge pattern. There are enamel designs of yellow, teal and blue. I know the colors would be more vivid with a good cleaning. There are no dents only normal wear from age. The botton is marked Louis C.Tiffany Furnaces, In 131 Farvile and has a capital L in the middle of a circular design. Can any one tell me the age,pattern or worth of this box.
