Master at Arms Badge

By Ron Blackwell, 7 August, 2014
Description

Circa unknown.  Possibly between 1860 and 1960.  Two prominant organizations have used this term.  The US Navy, and the boy Scouts.  The signification of the number 3 also is unknown.

The back looks as though it has lost it's original pin and some repair was attempted.

Thank you for any input.
