Federal style, from the 1940s or 50s, most like. Drexel is a high end maker, but unfortunately this piece has seen better days, as the finish has suffered some scuffing and one of the brass pulls is missing a handle. Brown furniture is down fright now, unfortunately, and this doesn't have the lines that are desirable for painted shaby-chic furniture.
In its present state, it's worth maybe a few tens of dollars, but fully restored, it would probably be worth between $150-$300.Unfortunately, that's from most restorers are going to charge you to fix this, so its only economical if you are going to use it for yourself, as it would be cheaper than buying the same piece of furniture of the same quality new.
