Ohio Brass Electrical Insulator

By Boomkat, 13 July, 2012
Description

This is an item my wife and I picked up at a garage sale about 3 years ago.  We thought it to be a candle holder and that's what we have been using it for.  After a little more research, we discovered it to be an electrial insulator.  The markings are SOT with a B inside the O.  Also, there is a 5 to the left of the O with a B inside and then a 0 after that.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
