I just bought this map and was hoping someone would have some information about it. It is in perfect condition and is beautiful. I have seen many versions online but not specifically this copy. At the bottom it states

Many maps have been extensively reproduced for the Decorator market, pieces like this need a physical examination to determine their authenticity and origins.
