OTHER

By JIMMYCARTER68, 21 February, 2011
Description

This is a KA-BAR, steel knobbed hunting knife.  The knob at the end of the handle is silver.  It is imprinted with "Union Cutlery Company, Olean, New York, on reverse side KA-BAR, Patent August 31, 1926. It's in a leather sheath that is stamped KA-BAR. It was given to me by my grandfater, and I am interested in its value - is it common and should I insure it?
