Phillip Morris storefront sign

AI Appraisal
Description In 1902 Phillip Morris was appointed Royal Tabacconist by King Albert of Belgium;this sing has what appears to be the crown of the Prince of Wales. Also the "resistered trademark" is of two bears and a bale of tabacco; today it is two lions and a crown. On the very bottom is what I assume is the printers mark: "Sutton Sharpe &Co.", with an address of "145 Queen Victoria St. London". Any listing for this address of era has something to do with royalty.
