This is a Platter with Blue and White Japanese art on it, a blue willow, with an embossed border, in a spider web type style on the border. The platter has a little wear (browning from age) and two 1 cm long chips. Nothing that would take the value down significantly. Again, no markings on the bottom, nothing. Searched everywhere online and cannot find the border!
