Re: Porcelain Smoking Figures
Decorama Inc Dallas Texas Made in Japan. I think this is chalk ware and they came with cigarettes that they really smoked. Some hold what looks like a spoon (yours) and others hold what kind of looks like a piece of meat. I've seen them on both Etsy and Ebay, Worthpoint has one too. There are other figures as pictured here https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/vintage-decorama-smoking-figurines-1830704713
I think they're from the 1950's. Someone recently posted a similar smoking man that was made in Italy. Here's onesimilar to yours for sell on Etsy https://www.etsy.com/listing/751129233/vintage-smoking-chef-figurine-that-looks?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=smoking+cook+figurines&ref=sr_gallery-1-1&organic_search_click=1&pro=1&frs=1
