I attempted to input a picture of the item but could not get it to upload, despite various attempts. The bronze sculpture is in excellent condition with all pieces intact. The item is the mountain man on a horse going downhill.

I was experiencing what I believe is the same problem. If it's because you couldn't browse to locate your picture file, you'll need to turn off your pop-up blocker. I had to turn it off until I browsed, located and attached the photo. Hope this helps. Good luck!

I had a similar problem. Chances are the image is too large. You might try reducing it both in size and resolution (72) to see if that works.
