Description

This is a wood Easter egg from the 1988 White House lawn Easter Egg Roll that was signed by Ronald Reagan. I have been told that it was personally signed, and not signed by the auto pen. I would like to find out what the value would be should it be personally signed. It has been kept in excellent condition

An egg sold in 2008 on Ebay, which was signed by Ronald Regan and dated 1988 as well as 'Happy Easter' (yellow egg) for $1425. The date and additional 'Happy Easter' probably brought up this value.

There is an egg just like yours paired with one signed by Nancy Regan for sale at $1800 or so currently on a different stores webpage.

The Reagan's began to use wooden eggs for these events and had all the celebrities and politicians sign them also, and you can find these for sale still, many going for $50 -$100 for people I've never heard of.

It seems you should definitely have it authenticated.
