Roswell Gleason & Sons Silverplate Tea Set

By KSFletch, 25 March, 2013
Description

I have a partial Roswell Gleason & Sons silverplate tea set, which includes the tea pot, creamer, and covered sugar bowl.  All are in excellent condition.  The tea pot is not marked, but the other two pieces contain the warrior/bow mark on the bottom.  I have included a close up picture of the pattern that appears on all three pieces; the lids have a lilly on top.  All three are monogrammed with "Lidie W".  There may be a waste bowl also, but it may still be packed away.  I am curious about the history on these items (age, origin, pattern, etc) and how much they might be worth.
