This is the Superman action figure from Kenner's 1984 "Super Powers" series, with "Power Action Punch". As you mentioned, a removable cape was included as well as a miniature comic book. Unopened in the original packaging with all the elements this figure has sold for $160. By itself without the cape he's worth about $10.
