Description
A older sword in a case. It's 23 inches in length in case. The case looks to be painted a light grey color. The sword and the case have the same marks 79.L. ll.1.115.It also has a C with a crown over it inside of a circle
It also has a K with a star over it.

It's not a sword, it's actually a bayonet of a type used in Europe from the 1840's until about WW1. They were made in huge numbers, so values are not hiuge for them. Here's a link to give you a general idea as to values at auctions:
