Three piece carving set

Description

Each piece has a five inch ivory colored handle and each has a pen drawing in black:  knife two sled dogs, sled, sled driver garbed in arctic wear cracking a long whip; fork arctic garbed person in a small boat throwing a harpoon toward an animal with long tusks, water is also shown; sharpening tool large bear chasing an animal toward a hole in the ice, mountains in distance, water depicted. 

Fork is engraved with words stainless steel on tongs; each piece is signed in the lower right corner with a signature beginning with capital M (signature too small to read).

Original gold paper covered box with blue satin like lining. 

A note in the box contains a short history of ivory. and a caution to ask if a product being considered for purchase is genuine ivory. Printing on the front of the note says genuine ivory.
