Unusual Bookcase

Profile picture for user naomi.boom

Description

I am interested in purchasing this bookcase, but I don't know anything about the piece. My friend's great-grandmother owned this bookcase and she was Italian. My friend doesn't want to keep the bookcase, and I want to buy it but neither of us know how much it is worth or really anything about it. The outside drawer looks like it is made of slate, and the inside hosts tiles with windmill themes.

Re: Unusual Bookcase

I would really appreciate an estimate on price or any information about the origins. Thank you so much!

Re: Unusual Bookcase

I hate to comment a bunch on my own thread, but I figured I could clarify again. If no one knows anything or very little about this furniture, could someone at least tell me if it is worth over $300? Or $400? I would really appreciate anything here.
