Womans wrist watch. Elaine watch company. 6Jewel two adjustments..The number 1928 is on the inside. The watch was given to me from my mother inlaw. It doesnt work. I was wanting to have it fixed. When I took it to the jewelery store they told me it was gonna cost me 300$ just for them to look at it. I didnt know wether to be upset, thinking maybe they didnt want to mess with it. Or , maybe I had something I didnt even realize. I would relly love to have info on this if possible. Thanks for taking the time to help.
