Special limited edition collection of ten prints with accompanying info from the artist JL Gerome. Copy number 563 of 1000, printed for MS Burrell of Portland OR. Copyright 1881 by Samuel L Hall, New York. Full title is GEROME, Works of JL Gerome in one hundred photogravures, Section X. Includes what appears to be a hand written letter by the photo printer stating that only one thousand copies of each print was made, dated July 1882. I found this book in a pile of discarded items at my apartment complex. It is not in very good condition (see photos) and appears to have some water damage? I would appreciate any info!!
