Austin Auction Gallery was founded in 1983 and is one the premier Antique and Fine art auction houses in the Southwest. Since its inception, our gallery has conducted more than 1600 auctions for state and federal institutions, business liquidations, foreclosure auctions, and hundreds of estate auctions for family members, executors and trustees.

In the early 1990’s Austin Auction Gallery shifted its focus to specialize in antiques and fine art. Since that time our gallery has sold some of the finest American and European antiques offered in the Southwest. Our staff has traveled extensively in Europe, South America, and even Africa in order to secure and maintain relationships with exporter/consignors. Through these travels and the hands on experience of auctioning literally ten of thousands of items our staff offers a superior level of expertise and familiarity with current market conditions for fine art and antiques.
