Accurate Description of Item
One French Provincial Style Armoire
Appraiser Remarks
Based on the extensive use of what appears to be mahogany, this piece was most likely an import made in China or South East Asia. The style is based on French Provincial furniture, a style since its original inception in the Mid 1700's seems to go in and out of fashion about every 30 years or so, the last three times in the late 1950's, the 1970's and the 90's as "French Country". This one appears to date between the 50's and 70's, We'd retail a comparable for about $700.00
Estimated Value
$500.00- $700.00
