4 legged porcelain or ceramic rectangle shaped piece the weird thing is the spikes in the circle in the middle I have no idea what this is or used for my best guess would be to hold a candle in place but then we're would the wax go? I searched the Internet an came up with no the nothing. so if anybody could help me out with what this is I will sell it make me an offer
